Biography
Dr. South is an Associate Professor of Practice and the Director of the Statistical Consulting Center. He also serves as the Director of Graduate Studies for the PhD program in Data Science, an undergraduate advisor for the Data Science major, and is the faculty sponsor for the American Statistical Association (ASA) DataFest competition held annually with 青涩直播 as one of the host sites. He serves on the editorial boards for the American Journal of Geriatric Psychiatry and the Journal of Quantitative Analysis in Sports.
Prior to joining 青涩直播, Dr. South spent two years as a faculty member at UT Southwestern in the Center for Depression Research and Clinical Care, where he served as a consulting statistician.
