Her multidisciplinary background, which includes early work in web and graphic design as well as years of experience in creative direction and production, gives her a rare 360-degree perspective bridging aesthetics and strategy. Stepp’s work is rooted in intuitive leadership and a passion for aligning people, ideas, and stories into stronger, more meaningful creative outcomes. She is the founder of OPAL, a brand-new Dallas-based creative studio offering high-concept creative direction, visual ideation and bespoke production for brands at all stages.
