Faith and Business Luncheons

Join Us At Our Upcoming Luncheon

Perkins’ mission to prepare women and men for faithful leadership in Christian ministry extends to students and ministry professionals, laypersons, and the larger community. In support of this mission, our Faith and Business Luncheons feature guests for critical reflection on the intersection of public life and personal faith.

We are pleased that Dr. Bryan P. Stone, the new Leighton K. Farrell Endowed Dean of the Perkins School of Theology, will be our guest speaker to kick off the 2025-26 season. The luncheon will be held on September 15, Monday, in the Prothro Great Hall, beginning at 11:45 a.m. Parking along Bishop Boulevard is available.

Dr. Stone joins Çàɬֱ²¥ from Boston University School of Theology, where he was Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, the E. Stanley Jones Professor of Evangelism, and the Co-Founder and Co-Director of the Center for Practical Theology. His scholarly interests are in evangelism and congregational development, ecclesiology, Wesleyan studies, and theology and culture, with a focus on theology and cinema. He is a dynamic university leader who brings the skillset of an active researcher, a passionate educator, and a collaborative administrator to Çàɬֱ²¥ and Perkins.

The event is complimentary, and seating is limited to the first 100 registrants.
